What if our photos aren’t great?
That’s common. I can recompose, relight and extend your existing images, and if something can’t be saved, I’ll tell you before we start. Phone photos and Instagram posts are enough to begin.
What if we don’t like the result?
You approve the concept and direction before production starts, so there are no surprises. Each film includes one consolidated revision round, and extra rounds are quoted before any work.
Who owns the films, and where can we use them?
You do, once paid. Use them on your website, social media, booking platforms and digital ads, with no expiry. Music is fully licensed.
Our project isn’t public yet. Is it confidential?
Yes. Pre-launch projects stay private until you announce them, and nothing is shown in my portfolio without your approval.
What do you need from us?
Your existing photos and a short goal.
Will it still look like our property?
Yes, every scene is reviewed to stay true to your rooms, views and details.

Do you deliver vertical versions for Reels?
Yes. Short Films are vertical by default, and Brand and Pre-Sale Films include both horizontal and vertical.
Can you work from renders?
Yes. For pre-sale projects I work from approved renders or concept images and turn them into a film that sells the experience before it’s built.
Do you work white label with agencies?
Yes. Everything is delivered under your agency’s name, never mine. I can handle several client properties at once, per project or monthly.
Will our ambassador appear in other brands’ content?
Never. Each ambassador is created exclusively for one brand and is never reused for another client.
How do you create our ambassador and the style of the content?
Before creating anything, I study your brand: your niche, who your guests are, the style of your posts, your website and your visual language. Your ambassador and every film are designed from that research, so they feel like your brand, not a template.
