FAQ

How does payment work?

50% to start and 50% on approval, before you receive the final files. Card or bank transfer, invoiced in USD.

Who owns the content?

You do. Final pieces can be used on your social media, website and digital ads, with no expiry.

What if I don’t like the result?

You approve the concept and direction before anything is produced, so there are no surprises. Every package includes consolidated revision rounds, and extra rounds are quoted before any work.

Will it really look like my brand?

Yes. Before creating anything, I study your brand, your audience and your visual style, so every piece feels like yours, not like a template.

Which tools do you use?

A full set, chosen for each project: Nano Banana, GPT Image and Midjourney for images; Kling and Seedance for video; ElevenLabs for voice; CapCut and Canva for editing and design; and licensed music and sound. Every piece is directed and edited by hand. Tools change; the creative direction doesn’t.
